90% of email received is spam
Well, it seems that over the past year or two, the amount of spam being sent has risen dramatically and numbers point to 90% spam rate.
I for one, cannot deny that most of my email is junk whether it be viagra or the latest body trimming drugs out there on the market.
At one point it used to be about 50-66% of messages were marked as spam and now with 90% of spam being sent out, whether it be through botnets or Trojans, ISPs will have to start enforcing stricter filtering techniques to save on bandwidth costs by millions of messages sent on a monthly basis.
