Windows Vista new license is crippleware!

Well it seems like Microsoft does not make enough money and want to make computer ethusiasts pay dearly for damaged hardware.

According to TechWeb, Microsoft’s new license that limits the amount of time that the OS can be transferred. As one notes, Windows XP was transferrable many times but now, Microsoft has stopped that.

This new limited license can spell trouble for those who for example upgrade their system buy either buying a new one or changing the main components (motherboard and processor).

This also will have dire consequences for those who have warranty work or extended warranty if motherboard or processors have to be changed during the warranty period.

It could spell disaster for manufacturers or those who have purchased their own copy of Windows Vista and their hardware is faulty.

Hopefully Microsoft will amend the license to address these issues.
